What BABM are doing to keep you and me safe.
BABM is now up to date with the correct Health & Safety to keep myself and all my clients safe as possible.
I understand it can be daunting for both parties as I will be entering your home but I want to reassure my clients that all measures are being taken upon my return to maximise cleanliness and make sure we are COVID safe.
Should you experience any symptoms of COVID, please let me know as far in advance as possible.
I am happy for you to not wear a mask during your treatment as I will be wearing the full PPE & I want you to be comfortable. I do ask if you can to take the lateral flow test prior to our appointment.
You will now need to provide your own towels for your treatment which will be 2 x bath towel and 1 x hand towel to prevent to transmission of COVID.If possible, a window will need to be open during treatment to circulate the air.
Only 1 person allowed in the room during the treatment.
Payment will now be cashless where possible. A card machine is available on the day to take the remaining payment.
This industry is taught from day one all about hygiene and how important health & safety is for both the therapist and the client so please be assured that we take all of this very seriously.
There will be an appointment reminder sent via text the day before along with the usual COVID questions.
It is important to me that clients feel comfortable coming for a treatment. If anyone has any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Equally, if you have any feedback, e.g. you like the way I am doing something or you think I should be doing something differently please let me know. COVID-19 has been a learning curve for people in many different ways and it is important to support others wherever we can.
